Return Policy:  

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (any food item)
  • Merchandise where the tag has been removed
  • Merchandise that have been worn or used.  (We are quite the opposite of Wal Mart, Target, or Amazon)
  • We make every effort to package with enough cushion to prevent breakage.  We don't cover items damaged in shipping.  Since we use USPS (Priority, Ground Advantage), most items are covered up to $100.  Please seek their advise on how to file for a damaged product.

If your purchase qualifies for a return:

  • Contact us within: 1 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 3 days of delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us if you have any problems with your order - we will do everything we can to make it right!
  • Do not return these products to Buc-ee's or any other retailer represented on our website.  

To initiate a return:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return.
  • Once the item has been received by Interstate Snax, your refund will take 2-3 business days to process.

Cancellations:

  • Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase and we will gladly refund you!
